Rishi Punjabi’s cinematography was perfect as well as editing, music was manageable and also the artwork works really fine to add to it, the production values were rich. Allu Arjun who was supposed to be in love with Catherine didn’t know much about her and so the characters weren’t convincing and Brahmanandam’s weak comedy. Vairam Dhanush who was powerful in the first half became weak in the second half. There’s nothing much to say about the characters as most were weak, unbelievable and lacking in other areas. The second half became a bore with some scenes which didn’t add up, random violence with no entertainment or comedy which brought about some of the major set-backs in the drama.
The first half of the movie though went on slow pace had few entertaining and hilarious scenes like when Arjun and Catherine went about their unbelievable romance and Arjun’s grandma interrogating Catherine. The drama has an outdated storyline and screenplay also the narration doesn’t have the required energy, Why was she being chased? What was the flashback that followed Jannu’s arrival?ĭirector Boyapati’s movie, ‘Sarrainodu’ has with no doubt proven to the audience that without Nandamuri, he cannot deliver an amazing performance as we can see here how he didn’t give us his best shot. While he was about to take the oath, Jannu rushes in with blood and injuries all over her body as she was being chased by Vairam Dhanush (Aadi Pinishetty) and his goons. Meanwhile, Hanshitha falls in love with him and asks him to swear in the temple never to use violence again.
Suddenly, his father arranges for him to meet an alliance, Jaanu the daughter of his friend only for him to come back saying he was rejected. Gana who was in the military decided to come back home to serve justice to his people as he felt justice was not being served properly and falls in love with MLA Hansitha Reddy (Catherine Tresa) who doesn’t approve of his love because of his violent acts. Story:ĭespite being the son of a state’s Chief secretary, Gana (Allu Arjun) takes laws in his hands and trashes up corrupt individuals whom the law fails to punish. Let’s see how he has done in ‘Sarrainodu’ after teaming up with Allu Arjun, a hit actor with the trailer of the drama bringing about curiosity by the audience.
